Custom ESP32 hardware and firmware
Bring the product idea. Leo designs the ESP32 board and writes the firmware, usually from an official example you have already read here. If you only need a technical exchange, that is welcome too — a PO is not required.

- Bring-up notes for pins, power and antenna keep-out
- ESP-IDF or Arduino firmware from the official examples
- Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, OTA, sleep, UART / I2C / SPI / CAN

- Plastic tooling and enclosure design — after the board is frozen
- FCC / CE lab filing — we design with certification in mind; the certificate is a separate step
- High-volume SMT on other chip families — this lab is ESP32-first
