Factory console over USB prints garbage. What should I align?

  • Match baud rate on both ends. 115200 vs 921600 mismatches look like noise.
  • USB-UART chip drivers and the selected COM port must be correct after re-plug.
  • Do not leave interactive console commands enabled for end users. Factory CLI is a bring-up tool.
  • If only some lines garble, check ground and cable length before rewriting the console component.
